My first foray into home roasting using an hacked breadmaker and a heat gun. This project went from dream to reality in 16 hours and the end result was a slightly weak but excellent tasting, smooth chocolatley brew. A longer version can be found here . (Production notes: shot with HMC40 and Canon 7D. I was so excited about roasting my first batch of beans I forgot all about my video productions skills, HMC40 color balance ...... setting sun!! & auto iris ... what's that so I apologize for the dodgy camera work. Also run and gun focus of 7D is a pain in the arse! )
